What are the required documents for renting a car?

Passport or identity card, driving license of each driver and a valid credit card.

 

Do I need my international driver´s license?

A valid driving license issued in your state or country is acceptable if you are EU, US, UK, Australia, Canada, Israel, Russia or Ukraine citizen.

In case you are not a citizen in any of the above countries, an International Driving License is required.

 

What are the age requirements?

You have to be at least 23 years old to rent a car from economy & medium groups and from 25 years old to rent a bigger car group as full-sized, jeeps, convertibles and minivans.

 

What type of insurance is included in the rates?

Full insurance for the rental vehicle with a fixed excess, public liability insurance and personal life insurance for the driver and for all passengers.

 

Do you provide 100% full insurance without excess?

Any customer can get a full insurance cover without self-risk or insurance against theft with a low additional cost, depending on the car group chosen.

 

Do you deliver vehicles anywhere in Crete island?

We provide delivery services at Heraklion & Chania airport/port, as well to all big cities and most popular tourist resorts of Crete.

 

Is the delivery and collection free of charge?

Delivery and collection is free of charge in the south area of Heraklion including Heraklion downtown, airport, port and any hotel within city limits. For any other destination in Crete, an additional cost may apply, depending on the location.

 

What type of cars do you have?

We offer cars of any class and for all budgets and needs such as cheap rental cars, manual or automatic car rental, medium size, family vehicles, convertibles, minivans & minibuses for 6, 7 or 9 passengers, as well Jeeps & SUVs.

 

Do you have cars with air conditioning?

Most cars of our fleet include clima-A/C, radio-CD etc.

 

Do you rent cars by the hour?

Minimum rental duration is 3 days.
